Grilled Bowchickawowpea salad! 
pam (organic olive oil)
white vinegar (gives it a unique pickled flavor)
1/2 cup chickpeas drained, tripled washed and peeled for excess salt (100 cal)
2 oz of sliced red onion and sweet peppers (orange, yellow, red)
3 chopped asparagus
2 fresh cauliflowers grained (both of them fit in one hand)
4 cherrub tomatoes sliced
4 leaves of romain lettuce to use as a spoon haha
1 lime squeezed 
chili powder, pepper, red crushed pepper
sriracha sauce of course. 
garnish with cilantro
start by spraying the pan with pam, grilling the chickpeas first till you see them change color, then start adding the rest of the veggies leaving the tomatoes till the end. that’s when you add the vinegar and lime juice. dress with srirachaaa!
all under 150 calories and has 10g protein! :)
