I woke up, went to pee and did a variation of the bedroom workout featured in my blog.
I obviously got hungry so.. don&#8217;t judge but here&#8217;s what I added to my oatmeal:
18 blueberries
1 small strawberry sliced
tbsp of sugar free maple syrup
cinnamon
pinch of dark cocoa
4 almonds crushed
1 packet truvia
and&#8230;.. ff cheddar cheese&#8230;&#8230; 
:) currently drinking jasmine tea and pretending this didn&#8217;t happen. 
200 cal, 25 carbs &amp; 9g of protein.

Oh the places you can go…

I woke up, went to pee and did a variation of the bedroom workout featured in my blog.
