Oh the places you can go…
I woke up, went to pee and did a variation of the bedroom workout featured in my blog.
I obviously got hungry so.. don’t judge but here’s what I added to my oatmeal:
- 18 blueberries
- 1 small strawberry sliced
- tbsp of sugar free maple syrup
- pinch of dark cocoa
- 4 almonds crushed
- 1 packet truvia
- and….. ff cheddar cheese……
:) currently drinking jasmine tea and pretending this didn’t happen.
200 cal, 25 carbs & 9g of protein.
