THE ONLY WAY YOUR BODY WILL LOSE WEIGHT IS BY GAINING YOUR TRUST. IF YOU STARVE YOURSELF YOUR BODY WILL OBVIOUSLY KNOW (BECAUSE WELL IT’S SCIENCE) THEREFORE STORING EVERY SINGLE THING YOU EAT EVEN IF IT’S AN APPLE OR A POTATO CHIP.
If you fuel your body correctly (quantity and quality wise) it will eventually start letting go of the unecessary contents like extra fat.. of course a well balanced cardio regimen is necessary for weight loss as well.
but love your body, it’s the only one you have.

One of my favorite was about a girl who all of a sudden lost her ability to taste food due to a nail infection! It was such a horrible story but so motivational because it tells you how you should find food as a source to feed not only your body but your soul.. such an eye opener, loved it!
